There are a lot of different disorders that can lead to mental health issues, for example PTSD ,BPD,SAD. These are different disorders that can lead to mental issues that a lot of people deal with. The symptoms for the disorders that I listed include, PTSD- flashbacks or feeling like the event is happening again, feeling detached from family and friends, feeling worried, guilty or sad. BPD- intense fear of abandonment,distorted sense of self, cannot tolerate being by themselves. SAD- sad, anxious of feeling empty, oversleeping, being antisocial, and ect.
There are various different ways for you to get help for your mental health like for example exercise, exercise can help in a lot of different ways. Like jumping jacks, push-ups, curl-ups, and etc. Exercise is also a method for curing mental illness, because exercise is a way to upgrade your mood and make your body healthy in general.
